Founded by Patrick Morgan, a former Division I college athlete, 22-year U.S. Army retiree and a 4 -time combat veteran, and creator of The Morgan Method. MorganFitKC was built on a lifetime of athletic development and performance, leadership, discipline, and data-driven transformation.
Since 1987, Patrick has lived the lifestyle — lifting, coaching, and studying the science of human performance to help others reach their next level. Patrick holds a Master’s in Business and Organizational Security Management and a Bachelor’s in Social & Behavioral Science, combining tactical precision with a deep understanding of human behavior.
He’s a Certified GLP-1 Exercise Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach & Athletic Performance Nutrition Coach, Certified Corporate Wellness Coach, and Certified Sport Psychology Coach.
